Processing Time:

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US, depending on your location.

Shipping Fee:

Shipping is always free — no minimum required. Just pick your favorite pair and we’ll take care of the rest.

Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We want you to love your Slipolini products! But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Return Window:

You may return or exchange any unworn, unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
